Natures and explanations dude. It's a bit hard to rate a team with so little information.

Regirock's Sp.Def is its weakness, obviously, and if you're playing OU then expect LeadApe to mess this guy up. Grass Knot will always 2HKO, and since the Ape will likely have a Focus Sash, there's no way you can plan on taking it out. Grass Knot will also always 2HKO Octillery (with a good chunk of Sp.Atk EV investment), as well as Marowak (However, Infernape could probably deal more damage to these two with either Close Combat or Overheat).

Scyther never likes Rocks, and once they're on the field, Syther will already be at 80% after the Sitrus Berry. No way is it going to OHKO anything with Arial Ace (even if it HAD Technician over Swarm), except MAYBE Heracross and Breloom. Generally, it's outclassed by Scizor in OU. Scizor also works as a pretty good wall for Empoleon (if it is built more defensively).

Blissey won't like Ape or Scizor. However, depending on the tide of turns, it may be able to take one of them out if they have been damaged already, if not both if you're lucky. Still, there are plenty ways to counter this Blissey like... Blissey. ToxiStall Blissey to be precise.

This team has a huge open weakness to Infernape, Scizor, and Blissey, which are pretty damn common. I'd think about ditching Empoleon, using Chansey>Blissey, and going UU with this team.

Marowak doesn't really work unless you pass him a few speed boosts or spread paralysis around the other team, but if you want to use him, replace outrage with fire punch for coverage.
