My Rain Dance Lead is an Uxie, and I found that I needed more than just U-Turn as an attack, you may too, maybe thunder or psychic?. Also, you have max Sp. Atk, but are not using it. The nature is also pretty bad, you may have wanted to go with Timid if you wanted speed but I'm guessing you can't change that.

Soul Dew is banned. If you are using double screens, you may as well use Light Clay as your item.

Having Sniper on Kingdra on a Rain Dance team is a travesty. Make it a Swift Swimmer, give it a life orb and at least three attacks if you want to keep Rain Dance. Hydro Pump from RD LO Kingdra can OHKO almost everything that doesn't resist it.

it helps out a lot. i just noticed my azelf was all messed up haha. once i can get my Uxie to lvl 100 and EV trained ill edit my team as well as getting a new kingdra.
