Hello there, are you using this team for singles or doubles? It would help us if you listed their natures/EVs/items. Part of the strategy of building a team includes what items they're holding as well as how they're trained so that we can get a better idea of your purpose for each Pokemon.

Off the bat, the team has 4 Pokemon that is weak to Ice which means you'll have trouble with anything packing Ice Beam and since it's a widely distributed move because it's a TM, that's not good for you. Pledges aren't really that strong in singles play though I'm not sure how well they'll be in doubles but it seems kinda gimmicky.

Moves that have a recharge turn (Blast Burn, Giga Impact, and Hyper Beam) aren't suggested because even though they pack a lot of power, your opponent will be getting a free turn to do as they please. Blast Burn has a base power of 150 spread out between two turns while Flamethrower has a base power of 90 and has 100% accuracy, along with an extra chance to burn, so I'd suggest dropping those moves that require you to recharge.

It would be good if you became more familiar with your Pokemon and look at the stats they excel in to know their strengths. For example, Mega Charizard X's ability and stats help him become a strong physical attacker and it might help if you focus your training on improving his Attack and Speed. (through Super Training or regular EV training)

Try to spread out what moves your Pokemon know so that they are able to cover a wider range of threats. For example Mega Charizard X only has Fire and Dragon type moves which means it'll have no answer against Fairy and Water types. Hold Back is a bad move to use in battling, not only because of its low power (which is weaker than Tackle) but also because it will never knock out your opponent.

If you're new to battling and would like to learn more about it (EV training, teambuilding, battling, etc.) feel free to ask for help and guidance as I'm sure there are many others who'd be glad to help. Always encouraging to see someone interested in battling and we'll do what we can to get you off on the right foot. :)

EDIT: Gonna make a plug here for the BBL Mentorship Program if you'd like some 1-on-1 tutoring from some of our members here :)

Hi there!
It seems you're new to the metagame, why not check the list of the OU tier to make a better team?

First, you musr remember MCharizardX is best used as a a physical attacker, due to it's trait, Tough Claws. Why not use Charizard as a DDer? Run DD/Flare Blitz/Outrage/Dragon Claw with 252Atk/4Def/252Spe, Adamant or Jolly.

I really don't think you need Celebi, Venasaur and Sceptile all as once.

Empoleon should run a SR set, as you lack that.

Charizard already has DD, so try and run MixMence, use SE as Togekiss completely walls you otherwise.

Alright, I don't want to do any redundant advice, so here's what I can add (although we really do need to see the stats, items, and if it's singles or doubles). So my advice will be pretty general and possibly inaccurate, as it is unclear what are you trying to whip up with your team here. I also suggest reading Sharkshocker's recommendations first, as they are a lot more valuable than my input. :D

Overall: don't bother with Plegdes. They are useless in singles, and are too situational to be reliable in doubles.
XZard: you probably should run Dragon Claw instead of Outrage, so that you don't lock yourself into it. And Blast Burn, yeah, not advised.
Sceptile: you most definitely should get rid of Giga Impact. I'd suggest HP Ice or Rock if you run Special, or, if you run mixed, Earthquake. Giga Drain and Energy Ball are redundant, only one of them should be kept (I'd say Giga Drain, as recovery is nice even if a Pokemon is a fast sweeper and does not particularly rely on recovery, but this one is ultimately up to you).
Salamence: MixMence is a good option, and Twister is completely unnecessary (it's secondary effects aren't worth a mere 40 BP).
Celebi: as Sharkshocker said already, using Hold Back in competitive would be unwise. Celebi has multiple viable options, but the one you'd pick is dependent on what your team will eventually need.

And yeah, major Ice weakness. You also don't have anything that would resist Dark or Ghost, and everyone runs Dark/Ghost (especially Ghost) coverage moves, but it is secondary.
