From a professional standpoint, it's extremely childish, but that's also part of its charm. It looks like something Meowth himself would draw (perhaps Wobby as well, but I don't know if Wobby could hold a crayon)

Ahh huge pokemon! LOL. Yes, wobbefet was drawn very well. It looks almost as if it came right out of the game! Meowth was also very well drawn. I may be mistaken, but isn't the Red team rocket logo JUST an R? O well, very nice work!

lol i agree with Blackjack, Its very reminicent of the day of Old where i colored in school. But kinda a childish From an artists view. (i can draw so im not an artist)
