Thanks to Tyranitars already impressive defenses coupled with his sandstorm bonus because of his typing, he can rattle off one or two Dragon Dances. At which point he absolutely destroys his opponents.

Taking advantage of the defensive boost from Tyranitars sandstorm and the EV's put in defense, scizor should be able to rattle off a swords dance. Thanks to Bullet Punch+Techincian, he hits hard with a priority, always a nice thing.

Milotic is the variable in this team, he is meant to handle the fire/ground types that will invariable be thrown at me. hes a special sweeper that can take a hit, Recovers when needed and Status's threats.

please help!
 
take sitrus berry off milotic and give it a lum berry (recover doesnt heal status priblems.)
But since this is the cheating battle tower I always say cheat back =] Next time I go in I'm going to start abusing SR and spikes and ko them that way.
Im not a great person for analysing teams but this team looks pretty solid to me....
 
Marvel Scale. If hes hit by status then he gets a defense boost.
Rocks and Spikes arent worth it in battle tower.
 
well if it gets put asleep (and it will) its defence isnt going to be a lot of help there.

And Ive beaten entire 6pokemon teams by abusing roar with rocks and spikes in play =P
 
While I agree with taking Sitrus berry off of Milotic, I'm not so sure about Lum berry. Milotic doesn't exactly mind status, as it gets a defense boost from Marvel Scale. In fact, you probably should be switching Milotic into the status spammers that you will encounter. In that case, perhaps replace Toxic with Sleep Talk so that you can switch into Hypnosis spammers as well. The Hax Tower doesn't care about sleep clause, and this can be one of the most annoying things ever. You could also swap out Recover for Rest in that case, but it's your choice. Anyway, use Leftovers to neutralize Sandstream.

He has leftovers on tyranitar (which I think should be replaced by a shell bell since its sweeping with 1/2 dragon dances)

Ahh, right. I don't know about shell bell since it usually doesn't help all that much. I do think leftovers belongs on Milotic more than Tyranitar on this case though. Maybe expert belt on Tyranitar?
 
Ill move Leftovers over to Milotic. milotic is the funky pokemon here. I dont know wether or not to use him...
 
You could possibly use an Empoleon in replacement of Milotic. With a moveset like Grass Knot, Surf, Substitute and Ice Beam or something like that, the Penguin can do a lot of the same things that Milotic can. I'm not saying the switch should be made, I'm just throwing it out there as an option.
 
I still think RestTalk is the best way to go with Milotic. It gets status that doesn't hinder it (As long as it has Sleep Talk) which raises its Defense. Or you could do as previously stated and just use Empoleon, since Milotic takes SS damage.
 
Actually....Empoleon would be a good idea... leftovers for the item? Expert Belt on T-Tar?
 
Milotic is fine, like you said, he offers coverage that the rest of your team needs, and you could definitely use the status absorption. While the Empoleon suggestion is fine, as far as immunity to sandstorm goes, Empoleon is also Earthquake weak. If anything, Starmie has Natural Cure and its Psychic typing wouldn't hurt your team (could even help). I love Starmie in the Battle Tower, and it's the only team member I never switch out. But Milotic is fine, and you should keep it unless someone offers a legitimate reason as to why it doesn't belong.
 
Just wanted to point out that Scizor doesn't get a defensive boost from Sandstorm; only rock types do. He doesn't take damage either though, which is always a good thing.
 
the only thing i'd say is that you have a huge fighting weakness, if you come up against somthing with cross chop it could deal a lot of damage, if your maybe thinking about changing mitotic, how about starmie? and with psychic and thunderbolt he could cover fighting and water :)

other than that this team looks great! :)
