A lot of people will expect Tyranitar to be physical. This will ensure that people will be caught by surprise.

So, what do you think?:sweatlol:Feel free to post any kind of comment.

Stealth Rock will be your downfall, you need a rapid-spinner.

My Kingdra will beat this whole team easily, and the stealth rock problem.

Basically, any rain dance or sandstorm team should be able to beat you with ease. A good trick room team or hail team could also do it.

A correctly trained starmie would destroy this team as well.

I know. Got any ideas on how to beat them?

Switch out Charizard for Scizor, Use a Rapid Spinner (Like Starmie), and use a different lead with taunt. You can still use infernape, just a different variation. though.

If you're using Dragonite that way, you're better off using Salamence. If you want to run Dragonite with DD, use Adamant nature, make it bulky with 224 HP / 84 Atk / 200 Spe, and get rid of Iron Tail for Roost. The best way to set Dragonite apart from Salamence is to run a specially based mix set with Superpower.

Don't use Bug Bite on Scizor. If you're looking for a Bug-type move on a SD set, use X-Scissor.

This team still dies to Starmie, so I suggest adding a special wall, such as Blissey (obviously) or a bulky CM Latias.

You should also consider an Electric resistance or immunity. Right now, you have one 4x weak to Electric and one 2x weak to it.

Finally, consider adding something to put in an entry hazard.

Wait, this confuses me. Why would you use X-Scissor over Bug Bite with Technician Scizor? You have a higher base power, more PP, and a secondary effect.

Oh balls I didn't even see the ability. Don't mind me ^_^;

For some reason I assumed Swarm o_O

1. Gyarados
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 156 HP/72 Atk/96 Def/184 Spd
Moveset
~ Dragon Dance
~ Taunt
~ Waterfall
~ Return/Bounce
I don't think this should be your lead. I think your lead should be Infernape, however, a different Infernape set is required.
Infernape @ Focus Sash
Naive Nature
64 ATK, 252 SPE, 192 SPA
-Fake Out
-Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-Stealth Rock
As for Gyarados itself, definately use Bounce over Return. Bounce gets a nice STAB and gives you a way to force Celebi out
:( ... However, in all seriousness, it does let you force out a great deal of would-be counters.

2. Scizor
Ability: Technician
Nature: Adamant
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 32 HP/252 Atk/224 Spd
Moveset
~ Swords Dance
~ Bullet Punch
~ Brick Break/Superpower
~ Bug Bite/Roost/Quick Attack
Definately have Superpower over Brick Break and X-Scissor over Bug Bite. I suggest that you have 248 HP, 252 ATK, 10 SPE. Its more standard, but its much more effective.

3. Dragonite
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Jolly
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry/Yache Berry
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Moveset
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Iron Tail
~ Dragon Dance
Why oh why is Iron Tail on this Dragonite? Also, put 4 EV's into DEF. Not much of a help, but you may as well use them. Also, I suggest Fire Punch over Iron Tail. However, Salamence is much more suited for DDing. Dragonite is better as a Bulky DDer, but even then, lacks the raw power of Salamence.
Salamence @ Life Orb
Naughty Nature
232 ATK, 252 SPE, 24 SPA
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast
Definately use this over Dragonite for your DDing needs.

4. Infernape
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Hasty
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
EVs: 128 Atk/128 Sp.Atk/252 Spd
Moveset
~ Close Combat
~ Flamethrower/Flare Blitz
~ Grass Knot/Stone Edge/Hidden Power[Ice]
~ Grass Knot/Stone Edge/Hidden Power[Ice]
This should be your lead and I explain why above. However, a Naive nature would be better on this one. Also 64 ATK EV's is sufficient to OHKO Blissey w/o SR. If you want to keep Gyarados as your lead, then I suggest using 64 ATK, 252 SPE and 192 SPA. Then have the moveset:
-Nasty Plot
-Close Combat
-Fire Blast
-Grass Knot
Infernape can't deal with Latias, who pretty much always packs Surf. Also, use Life Orb as the item.

5. Starmie
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 136 HP/156 Def/216 Spd
Moveset
~ Rapid Spin
~ Surf
~ Thunderbolt
~ Recover
I suggest that you should have Hydro Pump over Surf. It gets a better OHKO chance against something like Rotom

I'll come up with the other 1. But for now, what do you think?:sweatlol:

Tyranitar will give this team merry hell as you don't have a Rock resist. Scizor can defeat Tyranitar if it lacks Fire Punch, but it generally has Babiri Berry to reduce Bullet Punch's damage so watch out. Your team lacks a good revenge killer. To this end, I will suggest using a Scarf Latias.
Latias @ Choice Scarf
252 SPA, 252 SPE, 6 HP
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Trick
This also gives you insurance should Gyarados or Salamence get a DD up.

Okay but in the forum I battle in, legendaries aren't allowed.

Then move to a different forum. If people can't realize that if a legendary isn't an uber it's fair play, then they're not worth playing.
Yeah but here's the thing. I've battled with legendaries a whole bunch of times. I actually want to give myself a challenge with ordinary Pokemon. I'll use legendaries on this forum though.

Anyone else have something to say?
