Hey guys. This thread here is for my other kinda art that isn't splices. The reason I made this thread is when Æsahættr, DHL, and Dewgong Rain were arguing on sprites, it really did get to me, since I mess with sprites A LOT. So all of last night, I decided to doodle up something not sprite related, to show my actual drawing style, since you can't really see that through splices.

It's Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil and Ho-oh. Please gimme some feedback. Thanks!
 
I am really no artist, i'm a pretty awful drawer, but I will say a few things

1. Ho-oh is WIN. It looks very good!
2. Bulbasaurs back leg curves unnatrually
3. Cyndaquils nose is too thin.

I was arguing FOR spriting. It got to me too. I mean, it kind of is just copy pasta, but there is plenty of talent involved.

I didn't like that discussion.

But the drawing is great. The colors make it look real cute.

Looks pretty cool. I think Cyndaquil's nose and Bulbasaur's back leg looks fine. Oh, and I was arguing for spriting as well.
 
^I know, right, how is using a sense of placement and color with added experience/talent NOT an art form?

It's called digital graphics.
 
I would say that Ho-oh nis winnage, but Cyndaquil and Bulbasaur are...
I'd say Cyndaquil's nose is too thin, Bulbasaur's body is too thin and his leg curves oddly.
But, I'm no artist, it's still better than I could do.
