Here's Part 2! Hope you like it!

My Pokemon Adventure
Part 2

Smoke was everywhere. I couldn't see a thing.

"Aipom!" I yelled. No reply.

Then out of the smoke popped Aipom. I was relieved.

"Clear the smoke away with swift!" I said. When the smoke was cleared, Cherubi was nowhere to be found.

Aipom and I were confused, but my sister had a devilish look on her face. "Now, Cherubi!" she said.

Then Cherubi jumped out of a nearby tree and hit Aipom with a powerful solar beam. It sent Aipom flying over my head. I ran to his side, and he was knocked out.

"We'll battle again when your pokemon are tougher," my sister said. Then she walked away laughing.

I took Aipom to my mom and asked her to heal him as best she could. Then I went into the living room to talk to my dad. He said that if I wanted to become a successful trainer, then I should take on the Elite 4.

"How can I battle the Elite 4?" I asked him.

"You have to have a tough team of pokemon and beat all of the gym leaders," he said in reply.

That was when I vowed to become a very successful pokemon trainer.

I left the next morning with my backpack, my bike, 20 bucks, and my only pokemon. I was on my way to becoming the best pokemon trainer of all time.

Soon I was passing a large lake with a group of squirtle and poliwag nearby. Suddenly, I ran into a large pokemon crossing the road.

It had a shell, orange skin, and was breathing smoke. It was a Torkoal! I thought that Torkoal would make a good addition to my team of pokemon, so I sent out Aipom and told him to use swift.

Torkoal blocked it with withdraw, then used rapid spin and hit Aipom directly.

"Get up, Aipom!" I said. But Aipom just grunted. Rapid spin did alot of damage.

Torkoal tried to finish Aipom with flamethrower, but at the last second I commanded Aipom to use double team. "Now get him with swift!" Then I threw a pokeball and caught the Torkoal.

Now that I had two pokemon, I felt like I was already the best pokemon trainer ever, even though I still had a very long way to go.

It wasn't long before I heard a young child scream: "Give that back!" I rode my bike to the spot I heard the child, and I saw someone stealing a pokeball from a little kid.

I couldn't just watch. I had to do something. "Give that back" I said.

The thief turned and looked at me. He had long, black hair and was wearing sunglasses. "You'll have to fight me for it!" he said. Then he threw a pokeball and a stunky came out.

I decided to use my new pokemon. "Go, Torkoal!" I said.

I had the first attack. I told torkoal to use flamethrower. Stunky jumped out of the way and used sludge. It hit Torkoal in the face. He couldn't see a thing!

"Now use poison gas!" the thief said. Stunky sprayed poisonous gas all over the battlefield.

Then an idea popped into my head. "Blow the smoke away with rapid spin!" I yelled. But Torkoal still couldn't see. He used rapid spin and ran right into a tree. However, the sludge fell off his face.

"Finish him with fury swipes!" the thief said.

"Block it with withdraw!" I yelled. Torkoal tucked himself into his shell.

When Stunky scratched his shell, it damages its claws. I saw this as my chance to finish Stunky off.

"Flame wheel!" I said. Torkoal hit Stunky with a fast and powerful flame wheel. It knocked Stunky out cold.

"Hand over the pokeball." I said to the thief.

The thief ran away. "You'll never catch me!" he yelled. I didn't, but Torkoal did.

"Get him with rapid spin," I said. Torkoal knocked him over, and he dropped the pokeball. Torkoal picked it up with his mouth and brought it to me. I gave it back to the little kid. He thanked me and left.

I hoped back on my bike and was once again on my way to the Greensboro pokemon gym.

To be continued..........

Were are we? Who is speaking? What time is it? This chapter seemed really rushed! Please put some more time into this story. Sorry if I sound mean, and it is okay if I am on your blackmail list, but it needs alot of work.

Don't post all of your chapters in seperate threads, it just clogs up the board. Try and keep your whole story in one thread and just update it when a new chapter is ready.

Please note: The thread is from 16 years ago.
Please take the age of this thread into consideration in writing your reply. Depending on what exactly you wanted to say, you may want to consider if it would be better to post a new thread instead.
