Holy..AISHA! Aisha clanclan from teh gataro gataro (probably spelled wrong XD) empire! Those are really, really good! ^^ I give 'em a 10/10!
 
All I'll say is that they're not perfect, since you seem to not want any C&C.
And damion, I doubt it. Paint is adequate for this kind of work anyway, thought using something which has support for multiple layers and semi-transparency could be useful for things like templates.

EDIT: You might want to use PNG compression for this kind of stuff instead.
