Well I'm no expert, so I can't give a whole lot of advice. But here's a few basic things that I noticed:

- Your Lucario has a Docile nature, which is neutral. This isn't too desirable because it misses out on a stat boost. Maybe try focusing its moveset so that only uses one of the attack stats, and then having a nature that corresponds.

- Glaceon doesn't need both Ice Beam and Blizzard. Pick one over the other.

- Poison Sting on Roserade is no good. Go for the stronger move Poison Jab if you want a move like that. However, since it has a Modest nature, Sludge Bomb would be best.

- Your Mismagius has an Adamant nauture, but no attacks that use the Attack stat. A Modest nature would be best because its SpAtk stat is drastically higher than its Atk. Plus it goes better with the moveset that you have.

- If you want to keep a defensive nature on Pachirisu, try Calm because its special SpDef is higher and more worth usuing. Like I said, I'm no expert, but here's a suggestion for its moveset:
-Light Screen
-Super Fang
-Thunder Wave
-Thunderbolt

I hope that helps somewhat.

It's a really... odd team, but just to patch it up, Coontank's right on all accounts. If you're going to use a Fighting attack on a mixed Lucario, use Close Combat, since Blissey is the main thing you'll want to use it on. You can try Close Combat/Extremespeed/Dark Pulse/Hidden Power Ice-Dragon Pulse. Other Hidden Power options can be Grass, Electric, and Fire, but Ice is generally going to be best. For Glaceon, Hidden Power Ground or Electric would be good, but if you don't want to breed for that, Fake Tears is interesting to soften it up for another teammate or Glaceon itself. You could breed Spikes onto Roserade (Over Poison Sting) and make the opponent want to switch, because with Attract and Toxic working and the opponent's SpD down, they're not going to want to stay in. Continuing with Roserade, you have 2 Grass moves which isn't a good thing. Use Grass Knot, and switch Magical Leaf with Hidden Power Fire or Ice, Shadow Ball, or Sludge Bomb. Lopunny's fast and has a higher Attack score so you'll want to revamp that completely. Not to be rude but the set is pretty much crap and would take way too much fixing, so I'll just recommend the most annoying set it has: Switcheroo/Toxic/Charm/Return @ some very annoying item that will cripple your opponent. Make sure the ability is Klutz. Mismagius should be Modest or (preferrably) Timid. Hidden Power Fighting would be best over Astonish, but you can use something like Thunderbolt as well. Coontank has Pachirisu covered.

Note: i didn't do EV's cause I don't know how to so don't ask about it.

EVs are a lot less complicated than they sound. It's definately 100% worth doing even if you just learn the bare basics. There's a guide on how to do it linked in the first post of the Simple Questions: RMT Version thread if you want to learn.
