There all EV trained except alakazam and i've only EV trained them in one stat. The Nature on gyarados cant be help as he's shiney and i wanted to use him, Infernape's is +attk and so is Staraptors.

your only allowed to post teams in this forum in the right format, with ev's, strategy's and descriptions, otherwise we cant properly rate it.
put it in the in-games section if you dont now the ev's

so this is against friends instead of competativly? then I'll basse my advice on that:

gyarados: give it stone edge or earthquake instead of dragon rage. give it life orb or leftovers as item. I don't see why you would want extra special defense, so I would use adamant or jolly. But Carefull isn't that bad if you battle friends.

infernape: you could use this as a lead. Give it a focus sash, stealth rock instead of feint, and perhaps fake out on slack of (it'll cancel out opposing focus sash leads). Use jolly.

staraptor: Choice band it. use return instead of steel wing and maybe pursuit or u-turn on quick attack (I would do that). Adamant instead of Lonely.

Alakazam: It's ev's look like a sweeper, give it signal beam (from a platinum tutor) instead of light screen and trick instead of recover. Then give it choice specs for funnies. Timid instead of hasty (why on earth hasty?)

Yanmega: Leftovers for this one. bug buzz mught be better then signal beam (unless you're really worried about soundproof). Give it modest. Why would you want him slow?

Torterra: Give it wood hammer instead of razor leaf. A naeutral nature isn't really usefull. Give it adamant.

If you don't feel like training your pokémon all over again just so you can have better natures, then don't. It's only a battle with friends. They probably have crappy pokés too
