I see two recolors, but that's it. They look really good though, I don't see anything that needs to be fixed.

there was supossed to be a shaymin and mantyke fusion... i can see it, but nobody else can... how do i fix this?

First of all, even without transparent BGs, I recommend keeping the sprite in its own little box.
Take for example this...thing.

Is it transparent? No. But there isn't a huge white space around it.

To make a pic transparent, you'll need GIMP or a similar program. Just put the pic in there, open Alpha Channel, and select then clear the white in the background.(In GIMP: No idea how it works with something else.)

As for splices, well, at your level, I'd say start small. Don't immediately try to fuse Tropius's head with a Ledyba. Start with little things; toss Pikachu's ears on Charmander, replace Mew's tail with Raichus, stuff like that.
Just google 'spriting tutorial', you should find it.
Alternatively, http://www.dragonflycave.com/recoloring.aspx is a good place.

Also, I dunno if you're doing this already, but a neat recoloring trick: right-select(With R-click) the color you want to add in, and left-select the one you want to replace. Then use the eraser tool, hold down right click, and move the eraser over the spots you want affected.

I use Paint.NET's Grim Color Reaper Addon for transparent backgrounds.
