My team needs help

I need help with my team. Me and some friends are playing competitively and battling as we play through the game. So, we are currently in Veilstone city. We are not allowed to go past vielstone or use anything acquired beyond Vielstone city. The level cap for our battle is 31. I would appreciate suggestions and for you to point out flaws in my team.
I do have a level 51 pickup pokemon so I can get shiny dusk and dawn stones.
Game is platinum.
All are level 31.
I have yet to train them so I'm not sure what moves they will have, but if you think one of the MUST have a certain move, let me know.
I have posted the moves That I know they will have. Some of them I don't know because I'm new to Platinum and haven't begun training them yet.

I don't think this follows the criteria for a RMT thread.

Post all you pokes moves and EVs. I would do it quickly.

Edit: That's...better. I suppose. Some of them are still missing natures. If you don't know what moves your team can learn then go look on Bulbapedia, even if they don't know the move always say what they will eventually know when it comes down to the battle. EV's need to be posted. They are vital for your team to be rated, let alone for the team to be a success. A sentence or two on each pokemon's role will also help. You have not posted items either.

Here is an example of how to post each pokemon:

Species: Ninetales @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spd
Nature: Timid
Moves:
-Nasty Plot
-Fire Blast
-Energy Ball
-Extrasensory/Hidden Power Rock

Ninetales is my special sweeper. My priority is to Nasty Plot and then hit hard with + 2 Fire Blasts. Energy Ball is there to at least try to hurt bulky waters and I'm thinking of going with either Extrasensory to hit Hariyama or HP Rock to punish other Flash Fire pokemon looking for a boost from Fire Blast. Life Orb is there for the extra kick which Ninetales really appreciates.

A similar structure to that should be used when posting a RMT thread.
I have to say though, I wouldn't be shocked if Wiil (the RMT moderator) closed the thread. It isn't a true competitive team.
