Articuno @ Razor Claw (I know this is aquired by a cheat, it was caught at level 99 in Mt. Coronet :p. Sheer Cold also seems to have been hacked for more accuracy, it hits 95% of the time :p)

I also have Infernape (level 57) and Torterra (level 35), and a shiny Remoraid (level 19). I play Diamond. The Remoraid is genuine as my sister caught it and has no clue how to hack. Heck, she hardly can play the game :p

I have had trouble trying to get the DS to work with my dad's Belkin router, can anyone help here?

Even before you fix the format (which you do need to), I can tell you already that Fly and Bounce are probably bad ideas. Any attack like that is pretty much a free switch for a opponent. You Fly, and then they switch to a defensive Pokemon, take the hit, and then counter-attack.
 
I will fix that, however I need to sort out WiFi access between my DS and my dad's router.

EDIT: If this is fixed, I will swap a level 56 Metagross for any level Zapdos or Celebi

Whoa. I'd suggest picking one, Ice Beam or Blizzard (Ice Beam), and swap it for something like, Aerial Ace for Dual STAB. Ancient Power is kind of a bad move, U-turn is better. Plus, Sheer Cold is a REALLY bad move, hacked or not. Roost for staying power, or Tailwind for support would be better.

Again Whoa. Seriously, Pick ONE move and DON'T GO OVER ONE TYPE'D MOVE!!!11 Geez. Keep Surf, Drop Hydro Cannon for a cannon of the Flash Variety. Waterfall should be dropped for If you can get it, HP Ground, If not, Protect for stalling. Drill Peck, Snag Ice Beam. Plus, X Accuracy won't do you ANY good, Lefties would be better. And.... those aren't EV's... are they?

Oh My Gosh. Seriously, Are you afraid of running out of PP for water moves? Keep Surf, and get Ice Beam. And since it may not be around for long with those absolute dismal Defenses, a Rest/Talk set may work, or... That's really your second best bet, your first would be scrapping it all together, since it's Defenses and Moveset are absolute... well you get the Idea.

Whoa... Scrap Extrasensory for Psychic, If you can, get Grass Knot/Energy ball, Pick Knot if you don't like Heavy, Energy ball for consistency, U-turn for Scouting, and Explosion for When you're low in health.

Can't do Tech Support, Try turning off the Firewall.
 
Sheer Cold has been hacked to hit about 95% of the time by the looks of things, so I'm keeping it. I don't particularly like your attitude in your post either.
 
OHKO moves are frowned upon and since it's hacked, your not gonna be popular at all on WiFi.

Ubers are for uber battles. Yet again you won't be popular if your using at least 2 on your team in a non-uber environment.

If you didn't like MC's "attitude" in his post, then you probably won't like any other people's "attitude" in their posts. Seriously though, it wasn't mean at all, in fact you probably'll get a lot more harsher posts.

...Seriously though, what is this for? Shoddy, battling with friends who don't care about competitive battling (Which seems likely due to your use of uber legendaries =/), competitive online, Battle Tower.. seriously, be specific about what this is. >_>

Also, one thing for the future. Do not post their actual stats. Post their EVs that you've planned/added for them. Posting actual stats is not useful at all, especially when you leave out the level everyone's at. >_>

No, I don't know what the EVs are...
 
The friend that I got it off told me that he'd used lots of potions to raise the accuracy, but I don't believe him.

I now have:

Shiny Regigigas @ Splash Plate (haven't got round to changing it yet, I got it with the plate)

I realize that Regigigas is far from the best Pokémon due to its slow start. However, in a double battle, I could put in a Weepinbell that knows Gastro Acid...
 
Slap a Lefties on that Dusknoir and it looks good sans Pain Split.
Also, a more Tankish set for Regigigas probably would make better use for waiting out slow start.
Something like:
Confuse Ray
Thunder Wave
Ice Punch/Substitute
Return
And probably Lefties also, unless you've got guts, Sash or Salac/Berry-which-raises-attack-whose-name escapes-me
