Get rid of the HMs

I assume this is an in-game team? If not, the first thing I would suggest is get rid of Dialga, Giratina, and Regigigas. Even if it is in-game, natures are immensely helpful. Also, EVs are more useful than just listing the stats.

Most people won't battle against legendaries so I'm assuming this is for in-game.
If not reconsider them.
Roserade should learn Frenzy Plant if it can.
Get rid of Rock Smash for Swampert and replace it with a better move.

Yes it's in-game(As in D/P)
I normally keep the HMs to get around for training etc.
And I don't know the EV's.

A good idea is too replace swampert's water pulse with a different move thats more powerful like earthquake, since it knows 3 water type moves already.
