Sets up toxic then alternates between protect and seismic toss. Thunder over thunderbolt because of kingdra. Seismic toss is though to get onto blissey so I'm not replacing that =P

Rain Dance then sweep, can ko ANY dragon type. I prefer haban berry because it ensures I get rain dance up (providing I dont get critical hitted.) Special kingdra isnt as popular as physical but I prefer it.

Erm...you sure about that last part? Anyway, the moveset still looks fine, just fix the EVs. Those max HP EVs aren't necessary -- move them to speed. Try a 4 HP/252 Atk/ 252 Spd spread.

You're right, the Choice Band should go. Replace it with an Expert Belt. You've got great coverage with these attacks, so an Expert Belt will really help you take advantage of that. Other than that, it looks good, but if you want, you can switch to a neutral Sp.Atk nature and use Thunderbolt instead of Thunder Punch.

Rather standard Blissey, but replace Thunder with Wish. Blissey without healing is kinda ineffective.

Use Damp Rock over the Haban berry -- if you're using this Kingdra to take advantage of the rain, you're going to want it to last as long as possible.

Take the Life Orb out. Ninetails doesn't have the defenses to deal with the recoil damage while waiting to set up Nasty Plot. This would be great if you could somehow Baton Pass Nasty Plot to it, but you're going to really want to make sure that you'll be able to get it off. Ditch Energy Ball for a Hidden Power of your choice (I suggest Electric).

hmmm I'll consider that with ninjask, but I never really thought he needed the speed boost >.>

I never really considered wish on blissey, but I still want an attack. What if I replace protect instead?

What should I give ninetales instead ?

Damp Rock has sometims screwed me over and with a fire pokemon Im not sure long lasting rain is that great an idea..... I'll give it a go though =]

For Blissey, you have an attack -- Seismic Toss.

For Ninetails... :-/ I'm not sure. That set was tailored for UU, where Ninetails is a little more effective. Perhaps a Shuca Berry?

Damp Rock was just IMO. You don't have to do it.
 
The thing about Ninjask is that with no speed investment, he outspeeds everything with less then base 115 speed before the speed boost, and after a turn of protect, he outspeeds everything you might possibly see except Scarf Aerodactyl and Agility Lucario/Porygon-Z. And really, how often are those EVER used? I quite honestly can't think of a reason why you would need to have any more speed rather than just using Protect, as you won't be doing much damage before a swords dance anyway. Especially since, lacking a Rapid Spinner, you likely won't be able to use it as a revenge killer later anyway. Not only would I put that 6 Speed into Defense, I would also give it an Adamant nature.

Poor Ninetales. Back when Choice Heatran was popular, it was VERY easy to set up that Nasty Plot, but it's a lot harder now. :(

Also, I notice your team doesn't really have anything to come in on powerful physical attacks and has three special sweepers. You might want to look into that.
 
oh the 0hko ttar with ninjask is after a swords dance.

Yeh I might replace starmie/ninetales with a physical wall.... maybe shuckle ?

Only way Blissey gets Wish is through an old NYPC event from a couple of years ago on the GBA. It'd be extremely difficult to get a good one with Wish. I'd replace Thunder with Softboiled...
