my VERY bare-bones team

i've got a list of pokemon i want on my team, but that's about it. i don't have an idea for movesets, or IVs, or items, or natures, so i guess that's where you guys come in. i'm never sure which moveset to pick on smogon...

my team (basic) is

salamence
Togekiss
Rhyperior
Blissey
Sceptile

Your team looks ice. I'm very keen on Blissey. Well my sugesstion would be for Blissey to use Softboiled.

Items, well leftovers and healing berries. Maybe heatrock if you want Sceptile to learn sunny day.

adamant/naughty @shell bell

earthquake
stone edge
megahorn
rock wrecker

The EV spread... well about 210 attack, 150 def., rest in HP, but leave 12 for speed. this is approx. the spread i use, and it works, tried and true

Er... no... Naughty for Rhyperior is unnecessary and Shell Bell for anything is a bad idea. I'll list some standard sets for the things on your team.
