How old are you, just wondering? As if you are trying out to be a VA, I believe you have to be a certain age.

Ah, that's old enough. I thought you were still in HS or something.

Anyway, LOVE the voices. 4kids would love to have you.

I'm kinda jealous, my voice sucks (I sound like a little girl...XD)

Blah, that's rubbish, I bet you’re actually better than you think you are! I'm actually in school trying to get a biology degree, however my heart just isn't in it...I always wanted to do something of this caliber. Whatever you want to do, seriously, just go for it! Put all of your effort into it, and anything is possible.

I've wanted to be a VA too (or perhaps an artist or programmer), but my voice is really bad. I have a speech ipediment as well...

^^^
I really liked the Hero as well. It sounded like Tai from Digimon to me!

No offense but don't quit your day job. The only one I could stand was the surfer.

Ah The Big Al, I wouldn't expect anything less, thanks though I'll take both the good and the bad compliments with the utter most thought and look for ways to improve them.

The Surfer Though...really? I always thought out of the 10 I sent in he was the weakest o_O.

hahha thanks Maddie :)

By my calculations your post is just needlessly pointless and hostile on just so many levels!
What? I didn't like them and I won't lie about them. And I thought you of all people would know that one should be ready for criticism.

Dude, it's a joke. I'm paraphrasing the "Nerd" clip. sheeeeeeeesh.

Why these aren't the best Big Al, they are certainly better then some I've heard on actual shows...

Actually, the quote was...

"This is just mathematically wrong on so many levels"

Hero: I don't know why but it didn't sound to me. It wasn't inspiring which is what I look for in a hero's stand.

Nerd: As illustrated above, I couldn't understand him. (though that might work for comedic purposes)

Evil: Not evil enough.

haha it's ok I know not everyone is going to like them ^_^. I can't wait for if I do get a big role some day and all the fans on the message boards telling me how much they suck/how much they like me. Different strokes for different folks.

BigAl: hmm...I'm not sure exactly what your looking for from a hero, I drew that voice from the short clips of Vyce from Skies of Arcadia...I always pictured him with that kind of voice...it's sorta a mix between a teenage boy/young person.

The Villian: I actually drew a mix from a couple of things...mostly Deem Bristow from Sonic Adventures. I guess I can make it darker, but alas I do personally like the laugh haha.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. In regards to Al, I'm not offended, I actually like that he's telling me what he doesn't like.

I think they're pretty good for someone starting out. It seems good enough to get a job for it, but not the best I've heard either. That said, from the voices it I feel that this person seems like the type that can rapidly improve given the experience.

Here's my opinion on the four, but I'd be happy to hear more:
-The hero seems a little too spunky; it makes them seem more of a supporting character than a main.
-The Surfer is totally cheesy (in an intentional way) and its funny. To be honest, I don't think there is much need for characters like this in cartoons anymore, but its funny to hear.
-The Nerd seems very good because it shows you can do a nerdy voice and a child's voice. (Which in my opinion, seems rare in male VAs) It also made me wonder if you could play a girl, which would be very impressive.
-The Evil Villain Definitely needs the most work. I definitely think that you excel best as a good guy, though I'd be interested in seeing you play a minion, or the comic relief villain

Those are valid criticism and helpful to Justin.

"Don't quit your day-job" is just assanine.
