As you can tell from my post count, I'm new here. I just got back into pokemon with Heartgold, and so I've been doing some quick pokemon sketches from memory while watching TV and chatting with friends.

My trainer persona, who's rather younger and more easily excitable than I. Fangirling over Lance with the only female pokemon in my team:

Quetzali the Gyrados, Salem the Kadabra, Ember the Quilava, Paranoia the Gastly, Neo the Geodude, and Ace the flying Pikachu. I hope I spelled those correctly.

Pikachu, Haunter and Cyndaquil sketches, from memory:

I've also drawn a few things on the Oekaki, which I won't repost here. I am working on polishing one of them up on GIMP, though, and will post the results.

OMG that 'Ace' Pikachu is adorable! You should color it in.
 
Thank you both for commenting, the kind words happened to come at a time when I really needed cheering up :) I'll try and get around to colouring my flying pikachu at some point, I scanned it in at a higher resolution and did a bit of preliminary line cleaning to get it ready for colours.

Since i have little or no motivation this summer to draw (i just handed in two huge portfolios i am still recovering lol) I was wondering if youd be intrested in doing an art trade some time.
Nothing like photoshop or anything spectacular, just a trade in doodles for fun, underdrawing lines and all ^.^.
Anywho if your intrested just reply back or something, i think it could be fun. (Doesnt have to be pokemon but, we are on a pokemon site) :p

pilar J, I am sometimes up for random sketch trades, I too rarely get around to trading anything else. Drop me a note with your gallery and stuff if y've the time, so I could pick something I'd want drawn based on your style. I'm not always free, but it can't hurt to check.

Steampunk, I do have a deviantart account, which can be found here. There's no pokemon stuff on it, it's mostly OCs and a lot of tabletop RPG stuff. I think there are some pirates in there too.

I'm glad Ace is such a hit with everyone, I've had a lot of Pikachus and Raichus over the years but he may be my favorite yet. I drew him on the Oekaki once too:

I shall never call a pikachu stupid again. OMG:p THese are awesomely cute!
That chikorita's eyes however, were kinda disturbing, coz it looks like the green spot things on its neck.
