I found this Charizard reprint from the Johto card era on ebay.

It doesn't show up on the page for Base Set Charizard, does anyone know what it's from?
Edit: Never mind, I found that it's from the Neo Premium File 2 and is very similar to the base set Charizard but isn't a reprint.
