Spin-Off Mystery Dungeon (Sky) Help

this is probably not the right place to post, but i'm trying to find someone to rescue my pokemon from the crystal cave in mystery dungeon: explorers of sky. was doing fine last night when i got pigeon holed by a golem who seemed to connect 4/5 times with rock blast when i can't ever seem to get it to hit more than once, but w/e i guess.

can someone please help? rescue code given when i submitted the SoS was 0000-0065-0589.
