Any other fans of NaiveShipping? It's my favorite ship, and yet it's so unloved. ;p;

The potential for a connection is definitely there. Ash and Co. have helped TR before, TR has helped Ash before and they've been able to work together from time to time. Out of the trio, James is definitely the least 'evil' (He thanked Ash and Co. when he saved their lives before, despite the fact that they're enemies. He cared for Chimecho, ect.) and he's had the desire to be 'the hero' before. Ash more-or-less saved his life once (Beach Blankout Blastoise), and he[James] was grateful for it (which got him a slap in the back of the head XD;;, and he[Ash] voiced his sympathy for him. In one episode, (The Bicker the Better) James and Ash sided together while they and the girls were fighting. James and Ash were actually doing a good job at team battling together (better than anyone else in the episode, up to that point) until Jessie cheated. There are also some cute parts in Holy Matrimony, like how Ash wanted to help James, and when he[Ash] said he missed him, after he[James] finished telling his story. XD;;;
Then there's the fact that TR has been chasing Ash around for an upward of six years (you can speculate so many things with that little reality. XDDD;.
(There's more, probably, but it's been years since I've seen much of Pkmn. ;p
James and Ash have an odd sort of relationship, and it's hard to summarize, because of their dispositions. It's something that's not really hatred, not really rivalry...
The fact that I'm attracted to nonconventional pairings could be another good reason why I love naiveshipping so much. I'm just a little screwy in the head, arn't I? XD;;;;
I'd have to say the worst thing about Kojiro\Satoshi is the lack of fanwork for it. I've already mentioned how the Pkmn fandom isn't very big (fanwork-wise) anymore, but even searching through Japanese websites I've been unable to find anything. I know that I have limited access to what I can find, due to my inability to read\write Japanese, but it's still discouraging. T__T [/sub]
