Name Changes Thread

I was just wondering if it was possible to make a name changing thread, which detailed all the name changes that happened over the course of the past day or week. I'm suggesting this because I find it very annoying when I'm trying to find a specific person who's not on my friend list and can't find them due to the fact they've recently changed their name. I also find it annoying having those awkward conversations with people you know but who have changed their names, leaving you unaware as to who they are.

I think the thread would be a good idea where you could just keep track of people and would hopefully promote conversation between the members.

I've changed my username several times, so god knows how many people I've confused.

When I changed my name to Cairo, a user thought that I had left the site as they couldn't find me as Iteru anywhere.
It will also save time that a user may take in looking through usertitles and signatures to try and see if a user made note of the change within them.
