What is the name of the song approximately in the 17th minute of the first episode of the first season of Pokémon, when Ash is riding on the bike hurrying to bring Pikachu to the Pokemon Center and getting away from the Spearows?

It's a background song, not a theme song, I really did my best to find it...

The song has something victorious, which I really like.

Can anyone tell me the name, so that I can find it somewhere on the internet?

Depends on the version you're watching. In the Japanese version, it's "1997-1998-M13 戦い（VS野生ポケモン）." In the dub, it's random 4Kids BGM that isn't on any avaliable soundtrack.
