I know what a character looks like but do not know the name: She has short purple hair and a pink bow hair that reminds me of a bush.

I believe it is a character seen in the anime.
 
Keep seeing her crop up and have no idea who it is.

Watching episodes in order is difficult as I always forget about it. Maybe I'll watch them online.

She's a coordinator.

The Contest-related characters should be easier to remember since they generally have some of the better personalities in the show.
