Greetings! I'm an 18-year-old Sophomore/Junior/3rd year college student from the States. My very favorite characters in order of devotion are Yamato/Cassidy, Kosaburou/Butch, Domino, Sakaki/Giovanni... and probably Musashi and Kojiro tied equally right after all of the "serious" characters.
I'm an avid fanficter, but Pokemon was my first love and now stays in my top three consistently. I also enjoy making AMV's/slideshows and RPing with friends: Our anime club here at university has morphed into an anime watching, fan-ficting, Japanotechno rave-holding, computer building, AMV-making roleplaying guild. I like playing the flute (though my last one was taken back by an evil step-family member, grrh) and generally just being a geek. I speak Spanish and English and some Japanese, and I'm dual-majoring in East Asian Language/Culture and Nursing. I like playing all sorts of video games but stink at almost all of them except for DDR and Silkroad online (and even they need improvements).
I have some very bizarre and unpopular beliefs about Team Rocket-- I think Sakaki is far more sinister than the anime would have us believe, I believe that Yamato probably has an eating disorder (I mean, it's kind of obvious for so many reasons >_<), and I think that Domino probably used her feminine wiles to get to the top of Team Rocket. Of course, despite being unpopular, these theories DO make for much more interesting fanfics!
Anyways, I'd love to make some friends who are also currently addicted to Pokemon... especially people semi close to my age! Hard to find these days. Send me a PM, I'm very sociable.
