The dude from DP 4, with the Roselia and the harp is returning in Sinnoh Space and TIme Ledgend...as a criminal suspect!

From Sushi of SPPF:
The Sinnoh Space-Time Legend!
Ash and friends get involved in a robbery at the local museum, where someone has stolen the "Adamant Orb". Officer Jenny starts investigating together with her Stunky, and to everyone's surprise, the minstrel they had met a while ago, Nando, is arrested as a suspect!

Kinda ironic their was a Skuntank involved at this part of the game...

LMAO, that's amusing. I wonder if this ep will have any connection to Team Galaxy or not?

Nice to see Jenny with another new Pokemon for a change.

Anyone think this Jenny might be setting up Nando because she is really Jupiter? And Ash will have to do some Phoenix Wright-ing?

Now that I think about it, that guy was kind of shady looking, wasn't he?

Someone put up a picture of that sinister fellow with the Roselia.

Lol.
Anime producers do everything to omit Team Ginga.

The TG-replacing villains are: J thingy, Original TR (of course) and now the Naoshi guy?

I would never expect him to even reappear. But he is reappearing... and as villain... Anime producers REALLY freax me out.

There's also a good chance than Nando is innocent and he was framed by someone. Keep that in mind.

Wow 0_0

That's the last person I'd expect to be a criminal...and be in this episode, no less.

Team Galactic better appear in this ep...and Nando better be part of it. That'd be insane 0__________0

Thats probably right... I can't picture him as a criminal
And I actually did think he would reappear but I thought he'll be a rival to both Ash and Dawn (he decided at the end of DP4 to do both gyms and contests) and if he is innocent than I think maybe I was right

If he really will be rival to both Ash and Dawn maybe he also will battle Gardenia and we'll see Roselia VS Roserade (Gardenia confirmed to have Roserade by that scan)

Also note how the anime try to state that contests and regular battles are really different and that you shouldn't do both (for example it was bad that May used Ash's battle style and how Nozomi reacted when she found out that Ash did a contest while he is aiming for gyms)
So I think maybe at the end of Sinnoh Nando will understand that it's better to do only one of these and will choose to continue only what he likes more

Are we really going to see Nando as another recurring character though?

We already have Paul, Nozomi and possibly Kengo, add in Nando and that's four rivals in a single saga.

Isn't that a bit over the top? I don't think Nando is being set up as another rival, because we already have too many rivals in this saga already.

DP already surprised us and did some unpredictable things
We'll have to wait and see
I think the idea of one rival for both heroes does seem interesting

I really don't see how Nando could serve as a rival for both Ash and Dawn.

Simple
He's a recurring character that do both gyms and contests
If he is innocent (which is kinda obvious he is) I see it as 99% that he'll be a recurring rival like Gary/Drew/Harley/Paul/Nozomi but unlike these he'll be a rival for both heroes and not only one of them

So you think Ash is going to have two rivals, (Paul/Nando) and Dawn is going to have three? (Nozomi, Kengo, Nando)

Uh...somehow I don't think the writers can pull that off.

The rivals in the show barely show up to begin with, we haven't seen Paul since the Hyouta Gym ep! Likewise there's been a long gap between Nozomi's debut and her recent Buizel ep. And Kengo probably won't show up again for another 15 eps either.

Likewise, when the writers have too many rivals, some get shafted out of screentime. Look at how much Harley appeared in BF compared to Drew.

I think its a little too crowded as it is, I don't know if they want to complicate matters with four rivals...and Dawn having three of them to boot.

I do wonder what Naoshi's appearance at this game-plot parallel means, if anything, about Team Galactic's appearance in the anime. I'll be a bit sad if they don't show up, but at the same time I know that few of us have forgotten or even forgiven the fiasco that was the anime's attempt to incorporate the Team Aqua/Team Magma plot (it started out good, but the resolution was... ick), so in that sense maybe the anime would do better to leave Team Galactic alone instead of leaving them at risk for the TA/TM treatment.

Oh god...actually, Nando has part of his head onscured by his eyes...he probably has scars under it!

And he summoned some Inbading Korobooshi...

NANDO'S A COMMIE!
