Can anyone provide me with a website or list that tells which natures are beneficial and detrimental to each Pokémon?

And, if anyone knows the answer faster, what are the best and worst natures for the Torchic line?

The effect of each nature is fixed - the question is, what effect do you personally consider is for the better or worse?

Well, the Torchic lines lowest stats are Speed and Defense, With the highest being Attack and Special Attack. So if you are playing purely to the strengths of the line the best Natures would be:

Lonely (+Attack/ -Defense)
Brave (+Attack/ -Speed)
Adamant (+ Attack/ -Special Attack)
Naughty (+Attack /-Special Defense)

Mild (+Special Attack/ -Defense)
Quiet (+Special Attack/ -Speed)
Modest (+Special Attack/ -Attack)
Rash (+Special Attack -Special Defense)

And by metagame battling standards, they say the worse kind nature to have is a neutral nature. But, as Zhen Lin said, it all depends on your preferences.

If you want to specialise in either Physical or Special attacks, then the best nature is Adamant (+Att, -Sp.Att) or Modest (+Sp.Att, -Att). SPPF has a list of all the natures under Game Mechanics.
