NEED A FEMALE EEVEE!!

Hey guys, I just bought Pokemon Platinum about 2 weeks ago and Im trying to breed eevee's. Since I dont have a pokeradar it's making it impossible for me to find another eevee. If anyone out there has a female eevee and would like to trade I would be very grateful!!

Level dosent have to be anything specific

i have a spare female eevee (its foreign) i would trade it for anything else you have foreign if you dont have that then i can give you a ditto and a male wish eevee. because i will only trade her for a foreign
