I recently went to Gamestop to get a Diancie code, and now I have a Diancie which I want to use for doubles and triples casual play. I need some suggestions on how to make it the best it can be.

Here's what I've come up for it. I mostly need help with what items to go with, but if you have suggestions elsewhere, say it!

Nature: Quiet (+Special Attack, -Speed)

EVs:

-252 HP
-160 Attack
-96 Special Attack

Moveset:

-Rock Slide
-Dazling Gleam
-Trick Room
-Explosion

Items: (I need the most help here)

-Choice Band
-Choice Specs
-Shell Bell
-Life Orb
-Pixie Plate
-Stone Plate

Given that Diancie's 4x weak to Steel I'd advise against having Trick Room on it. It'd be better to have Trick Room already set up so she can start hitting hard off the bat.

The EVs look sound but I'll see if I can pull up some calcs later if it's necessary. As for the moveset/items:
@ Life Orb
- Diamond Storm
- Moonblast/Dazzling Gleam
- Protect
- Gyro Ball/Hidden Power

Life Orb's a good item for a mixed sweeper and Diancie wouldn't mind the recoil too much because of her HP. Diamond Storm for STAB, it has higher power & accuracy than Rock Slide and trading the flinch chance for a possible Defense boost isn't too bad. I haven't used Dazzling Gleam much in VGC as it lacks the punch I'm looking for but it might play out if you're using it in triples, so I'd say you can try either Moonblast or Dazzling Gleam depending on what works for you. Protect is almost a staple in doubles/triples, as it lets you protect Diancie for a turn (while you step up Trick Room) and scout what your opponent has planned. The last slot is kinda messy...she doesn't have the widest movepool but you'll have more options once ORAS comes out. For now you can try Gyro Ball or go with Hidden Power if you get a good type.
