Need Chansey w/Wish

I understand if this gets moderated, its whatever
BUT
I am offering a Diance to whoever can procure a Chansey that knows Wish.
It was a Gen 3 event Pokemon and is (apparently) rather difficult to come by.
But still
Please read this and feel my pain
of needing
