need help about private mensages

hey, how I can turn off the thing that not let me send private mensages? I searched the profile and is nowere to be found, so, someone can help me about it? thanks

Shouldn't this be moved? But anyway click on your name on the top right hand corner of the page and go to edit options and then scroll down to see "Enable private messaging"
