Need help evolving my Scyther!

Great! Thank you, so how does this work, I type in your Friend ID and meet in the pokecenter bottom room middle lady?
 
Yeah my stats are exactly the same and name. Someone told me it isnt hacked, but its a clone... Not sure how.

Put it up for offer for an impossible pokemon. then go and trade for something, take it back, and it will evolve. Dont ask me how that works, but it does.
