Right, I'm sort-of helping someone with a website which is based on information and rumors surrounding the old PokéGods, and those old "Beat the Elite Four 45 times, get Mew!"-rumors.
Now, before Gold and Silver came out in the U.K., I brought a magazine similar to the popular "Pokémon World" magazine, I remember the article well. Now, I'm looking for the exact article, or the name of the magazine, and I was hoping someone on here could help me. I'll copy-paste the information I remember from the article on here, and can anyone shed some light on the magazine it came from? It isn't word for word obviously, as it was years ago, but the basic info was:

--------------

When I was little, here in England there were loads of Pokémon magazines being produced, the most notable one "Pokémon World", now it might have been Pokémon World, but at the same time it could have been one similar to it, but I remember in an article before G/S/C was announced in the U.K. they had an article on Pikablu, and said that somewhere in Seaform Island there was an "Icestone" or "Ice Stone" or something (I remember the article well, as I tried it out many times... xDD) and that what you had to do was catch or defeat Articuno, and then somewhere in the water there would be an Ice Stone, but you had to click on it to find it as it didn't show up. They never said what tile it was, but they said that the Ice Stone would evolve a Raichu into a Pikablu. They also listed some of Pikablu's attacks, but I can't remember what they were, and they had the original Marill artwork- the pink/purple artwork that was Marill's original concept, listed in the article. I believe they said it was an Ice-Electric type, although I can't remember for sure.

Anyone have the magazine/article laying around? It would be a big help if you did!

Thanks~
