I don't know much about competitive battling, so I was wondering if this could function as a good team in x and y ou tier.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Iron Barbs
252 Def/252 SDef/6 HP
Impish
Toxic
Gyro Ball
Spikes
Leech Seed

Blaziken @ Wide Lens
Speed Boost
172 Atk/80 Def/80 SDef/172 Spe
Jolly
Flare Blitz
High Jump Kick
Stone Edge
Swords Dance

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Levitate
252 SAtk/252 Spe/6 HP
Timid
Substitute
Shadow Punch
Focus Blast
Disable

Salamance @ Shell Bell
Moxie
200 Atk/ 56 SAtk/ 252 Spe
Naive
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast

Blastoise @ Blastoisinite
Rain Dish; Mega Launcher
252 SAtk/252 HP/6 SDef
Modest
Water Pulse
Ice Beam
Dark Pulse
Rapid Spin

Klefki @ Light Clay
Prankster
252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Bold
Reflect
Light Screen
Spikes
Foul Play

I don't know how good of a team this is, and I'm looking for any help I can get

-Ferrothorn
Not really a fan of 'Rocky Helmet' on (it?). It is of course viable, them loosing 25% on contact moves, but I prefer the free 6-12% of Hp Recovery due to Walling many pKmN and the move Protect.
Try this set instead~
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
EV's: 252 HP / 4 Attk / 252 Def
IV's: 0 Spe
Nature: Relaxed
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Gyro Ball

-Blaziken
Oh, you so funny!

-Gengar
Ayyyy!!! One of my Favorite pKmN! Go Sepcs! You must go Specs! Tons of dmG!
Gengar @ Choice Specs
Levitate
Ev's: 4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
-Dazzling Gleam
-Shadow Ball
-Trick
-Sludge Wave

-Klefki
When using Dual Screen Klefki, or perhaps dual screens in general, try using pKmN that sets-up. You should take advantage of the -%50 dmG reduction.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Iron Barbs
252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
Impish

Stealth Rock
Power Whip/Protect
Spikes/Thunder Wave
Leech Seed

Pinsir @ Pinsirite
Hyper Cutter/Moxie
Jolly
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Frustration
Quick Attack
Earthquake
Swords Dance

Blaziken is banned. Plus Wide Lens, Stone Edge, and those EVs are bad on Blaziken anyways. MPinsir is one of the most threatening physical sweepers around, use him instead.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Levitate
28 HP / 148 SAtk / 80 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid
Substitute
Shadow Punch
Will-O-Wisp
Taunt

Shadow Punch is terrible. This is your standard stallbreaker Gengar, since it seems like you were going for that over a sweeper

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Multiscale
Adamant
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Extreme Speed
Earthquake

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Rough Skin
Naive
252 Atk /4 SAtk / 252 Spe
Outrage
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Blast

Salamence sucks. Pick 1 of these two to replace it.

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Sand Rush
Adamant
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Iron Head
Rapid Spin

It takes an experienced player and teambuilder to implement MBlastoise into a team and use him properly in OU. You seem to be fairly new, so stick with the basics.

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Sand Stream
Naive
200 Atk/56 SpA/252 Spe
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Crunch

Klefki is pretty mediocre and you have Ferrothorn already anyways. TTar will set Sand for Excadrill so it can sweep/wallbreak.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Iron Barbs
252 Def/252 SDef/6 HP
Impish
Toxic
Gyro Ball
Spikes
Leech Seed

Average Ferrothorn set. Probably be better to have Stealth Rocks over Spikes. Less turns wasted to hit more Pokemon for a better damage output. Impish is a bad ability for Ferrothorn as well. Go Relaxed as well as 0 IVs to maximize your Gyro Ball. Also run a spread of 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD. Don't invest in SpD because a simple Flamethrower or Fire Blast destroys it anyways. Keep Rocky Helmet. Probably the best item for Ferrothorn.

Blaziken @ Wide Lens
Speed Boost
172 Atk/80 Def/80 SDef/172 Spe
Jolly
Flare Blitz
High Jump Kick
Stone Edge
Swords Dance

Banned under Smogon rules. You could replace it with another fire type like Heatran or Chandelure or a different fighting type like AV Conkeldurr or LO Meinshao.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Levitate
252 SAtk/252 Spe/6 HP
Timid
Substitute
Shadow Punch
Focus Blast
Disable

Moveset isn't optimized. I'd run either SubToxic or Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Focus Blast for near perfect coverage. Always run Toxic on Gengar though. EVs and Item are fine. Same with nature.

Salamance @ Shell Bell
Moxie
200 Atk/ 56 SAtk/ 252 Spe
Naive
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast

Shell Bell is a bad item period. Overall the set is fine. There are probably better EV spreads and move sets out but this one is ok. I'd run a Life Orb on Salamence.

Blastoise @ Blastoisinite
Rain Dish; Mega Launcher
252 SAtk/252 HP/6 SDef
Modest
Water Pulse
Ice Beam
Dark Pulse
Rapid Spin

Absolutely needs Aura Sphere. Probably the best move that M-Blastoise can get besides Rapid Spin. Go with a Bold nature. EVs are fine.

Klefki @ Light Clay
Prankster
252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Bold
Reflect
Light Screen
Spikes
Foul Play

Standard Klefki. No reason to change. Could probably be better as an Espeon due to Magic Bounce.

Overall the team alright for battles against people in the same skill category as you. Some tips for future teams would be to find better items. There's no need to reach in the pit and pull out items like Shell Bell or Wide Lens. You should easily be able to build a team around cornerstone items like Lefties, the Choice trio, Assault Vest, and Life Orb. For the EVs if you want to invest in defenses you should invest in HP first. Better staying potential all around. I would also look into trends as well. Your team seems likes its trying its best to run a Steel/Fairy/Dragon core along side a Fire/Water/Grass core, which is good in this meta. I also wouldn't recommend running two Pokemon with entry hazzards. Its understandable as a back up plan but your setter should be able to stick around for some time. Also you need to invest in clerics, which is why I recommended Espeon. The ability to run a Pokemon with moves like Wish and Heal Bell make dodging statuses and gaining some HP makes a battle go much more smoothly for yourself.

@JustTheFx; @-Glory Blaze-; Thanks for the suggestions! @TerraTF; Thanks for all the help! I'm looking at my options for a blaziken replacement. As for the cleric, could this work out?

Mew@Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Synchronize
Evs: 252 HP, 148 Def, 108 Spe
or 252 HP, 108 Def, 148 Spe
Defog
Heal Bell
Ice Beam
Roost

If you want a Cleric I'd go with Chansey.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Bold
Natural Cure
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Aromatherapy
Toxic/Thunder Wave

Chansey is the bulkiest Pokemon in the meta game, much bulkier than Mew and can come in and out numerous times unlike Mew. Also has a healing move in Softboiled which helps it stay around longer than a Roost Mew.
