Spin-Off Need help with Pokemon Ranger...

Ok I have about HAD it with this game. I can't catch the stupid charizard. And Minun is utterly usless. Is there some sort of secret or cheat code or SOMETHING??? Because this is freaken impossible.

Try and catch some kind of water Pokemon before you fight it, preferably maybe a Poliwhirl since I believe it's around the area where the Charizard is found.

There is NO wild pokemon at all where I am. There is no way to get any or anything. ;.;
