Is it true that if you do certain things you can get a job at silph co.

First you buy a huge building and start a company. Clear out the paperwork with Game Freak to get the name cleared and give someone else the business and have them hire you.
 
Shut up idiots, I worked for Silph Co. It's on my Curriculum Vitae.
 
You have to kill the president, then you get a job and are surrounded in a 5x5 radius by women. This is not a reversible effect.
