How to add a redirect name to the page WITHOUT moving the page to new name? It's useful. I will appreciate the help.
 
[HASHTAG]#REDIRECT[/HASHTAG] [[Page name]]

That should be the only body text.
 
Editing anything on bulbnapedia

Why can't I edit anything on Bulbapedia?

The reason is given at the top of the page when you try to edit:
The database is currently locked to new entries and other modifications, probably for routine database maintenance, after which it will be back to normal.

The administrator who locked it offered this explanation: Operations have been suspended pending a change of hosting.

Bulbagarden, including Bulbapedia, is going to move to a new server soon. If we don't lock the sites, we might lose data later.
