He's one level away from being 57, which means one level away from leaf storm. Should I teach him this? I am happy with his move set right now but I want your opinion and help. If you need any more info just ask.

What is it with you and your inablility to use the RMT thread. It's at the top of the page, and because it is a sticky, it will be on the top of every page you go to! People have alrready told you this multiple times.

Leaf Storm is a special move, and Torterra's strength is in physical, so no, it's not worth it. A good physical grass move is Wood Hammer. Torterra can learn it by using the move tutor.
