Afaik It was only available in the special demo for Sun and Moon and then transferable to actual SM from there. However due to the eshop being discontinued, I unfortunately don't believe it's available anywhere anymore, unless you have a 3DS with the demo lying around

A Battle Bond Greninja might be tradable via Home, but that's about it. Greninja is untransferable in LGPE, SWSH, BDSP, and LA and the form itself was removed by SV. So I think your best bet would be trading a Battle Bond Greninja in Home, but even then, you won't be able to use it in anything.

I think I have one in my copy of Moon that I’m not at all attached to. Unfortunately my copy of Moon is currently on the other side of the country. I’ll post in here whenever I’m able to get it back and see if you’re still looking for one and maybe I could trade it to you! Assuming I’m remembering correctly that I did obtain it. :hmm:

Unfortunately, it's impossible to receive an Ash Greninja nowadays.

A Greninja with the exclusive ability Battle Bond originally in the special Sun and Moon demo and could be transferred to the full Sun and Moon game. Not the Ultra versions though. If a Battle Bond Greninja lands a KO, it will transform into Ash Greninja, receiving a major stat boost. However, as of March 2023, it is unable to download that Demo anymore because of the Eshop shutting down. So, unless you have a system that already has the SM Demo downloaded, it is impossible to receive a Battle Bond Greninja/Ash Greninja nowadays.

Furthermore, while Battle Bond Greninja CAN be transferred from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon Home, it can only be transferred to Scarlet and Violet, and in those games, Battle Bond was nerfed to only giving Greninja a one time Attack, Sp.Atk, and Speed buff upon landing a KO. Ash Greninja was completely removed from the game.

It's also worth noting that you cannot change a normal Greninja's ability to Battle Bond. Using an Ability Patch will result in its gaining its hidden ability, Protean.

So basically, you can't get Ash Greninja anymore.
