Need HG/SS Event Pokemon

I don't have much, and if you could clone that would be wonderful. If you can't clone for me, I can offer starters, Bagon, Misdreavous, Combee (strangely valuable on the GTS), and any pokemon from the My Pokemon Ranch trades (except Mew, not there yet). I'm not that far in the game yet, I had to restart my file, so please be generous.

Right now I need the Shaymin and the Arceus.
 
There hasn't been a event Shaymin and Arceus for HG/SS.. I can give you both of them though. Do you have the Ranch Phoine, Baba Flygon, Golgo Octillery, or any of those events(yes I can clone)?
 
I need about 45 more pokemon for the Phione, and no, I don't have any of those event pokemon, I don't really know how to get them.
 
I think the events are the ones that trigger in game events, like the Shinto ruins arceus for the lvl 1 dragon
