How do you know it is legit? Has it been hack checked? Is it a birth Island Deoxys from FR/LG? Do you know it's exact IVs and nature?
 
You mean you used an Aurora Ticket, Eon Ticket allows you to go to the Southern Island to catch Latias or Latios depending on the game you have.
