Ice Punch and Body Slam are not a TM moves. Ice Punch can be learned by move tutor. Do you want me to teach one of your Pokémon Ice Punch?

Just like he said.. You can't obtain those tms.. But you can get someone to get move tutor OR cross-breed, which I highly recommend..

For Razor Leaf, I believe most grass pokemon can learn through level up.. So don't bother about it..

Yeah.. I mean, get Medicham, then use heart scale to make it remember Ice Punch.. Then breed till you get the Pokemon you wanted learn Ice Punch.. You can do this without relying on Move Tutor as well..

I can give you Thunderbolt, Flamethrower and Dragon Pulse.

P.S. I don't think there's a TM for Body Slam or Ice Punch.
