Need Pokemon for Contest

It should have at least one of the contest stats maxed. It should also have a 3stars move, a "duplicate points in next round" move. Att least those two moves have to be of the maxed stat.

I dan trade most starters and most breedable Sinnoh Pokemons.

As for a specific pokemon, it does not matter really.
As long as it can learn this move set:
A "if strikes first it gets a bonus) move
A 3 star move
A "duplicate the punctuation next round"

As long as they all are of the same contest stat

The complete moveset is the following: Amnesia,Water Gun ,Return and Frustration
