Need some help finishing Pokedex

I'm going for Gen IV national dex, and if people could help me that would be awesome.

I need:
Mudkip family
Mawile
Milotic(helpful but not necessary)
all three Regi's (I can give these back within the hour)
Groudon(preferably from embedded tower)
Rayquaza(if Groudon not from embedded Tower)
Regigigas(if you give me about 30 min to an hour with the three Regi's I can get it myself)

I can just trade back any of the mons that aren't in a family.

I can offer pretty much any other Gen IV pokemon, and PP Ups or Maxes.
