Need some help with trade evolve Pokémon

I'd like some help to evolve a few of my Pokémon. Can someone with a Karrablast/Shelmet and a bit of free time aid me? The list:

Which one? My Gligor? Your Rokku wanted to learn Scary Face when it evolved, but I didn't let it learn it. I didn't want to disrupt that awesome move-set.

When you selected Gligor I though you wanted it to evolve (I though it evolved by trading) but I read about it now. XD
