Need someone who can RNG me a Heatran

Pretty much what i am looking for is someone is who able to RNG 4th gen Heatran and if they could RNG me one with certain nature and IV's. I am the Fire Gym Leader over at Metal Kid Mk League

So i am kind of really desperate for one and would be willing to RNG multiple generetion 5 pokemon and trade items or whatever is needed for someone to help me get this Heatran. Please let me know if you are able to help i would very much appreciate it!

The Natures and IV's i'm interested in are ... also i am not interested in any Cloned or Hacked pokemon, so i'd like if you personally RNG the Heatran for me only as that is what I will be doing for you. Thanks!

I have a couple of Heatrans I need to RNG. I was thinking of doing a Modest one. I can't promise I'll actually do it soon, but when I get around to it I'll see if you're still in need.

Edit: I'll be doing Modest Heatran with 31/10/30/31/31/31 Ice 70. The Modest spread you listed in your first post is illegal for Heatran.

Oh, and one more thing...you say you do not want cloned Pokemon. If I traded my Heatran to you after I catch it...I'd have to make a clone for you. I need to use Heatran too, and I may trade it to other people at some point. If you're not interested in that case, that's fine.

I caught the Heatran the other day, so if you'd like a copy of it, let's try and arrange a time for you to pick it up.

In 4th generation, the method of generation for wild Pokemon and Legends only generates a subset of every possible nature + IV combination. In 4th gen, Natures and IVs are linked together. This is different in 5th generation, where nature and IVs are independent. You can now catch wild Pokemon and legends with any nature + IV combination you want.
