Need Tornadus for my Pokedex

im really close to finishing my national poikedex i just need tornadus and landlos. if anyone is willing to give me a hand i would happily trade. i dont really have much in white, what about a zoruak? but if anyone knows how to clone i have jirachi
also i guess i could trade back once i catch landlos. but that means you will have to trust a stranger
