Need vulpix!

Phanpy, Gligar, Growlithe, or Mankey (I'd prefer a Phanpy if possible, but I'll take any of these).
 
i have a shiny one. its a female, Lonely nature LVL 1 it isnt from SS but if it has to be i can catch you one but i can say without a doubt it wont be shiny.
