Need Wordpress Setup + Server space

I'm looking for someone to host a very tiny wordpress blog, as well as set everything up for me, if possible. I can't imagine that the hosting would cost much, but I would be willing to pay, obv, as well as some cash for helping me setup the wp. IM @ Y 2 M ozz w/o spaces. Thanks
